Microsoft offers $44.6 billion ($31 a share) for Yahoo!
February 1st, 2008 · Tech News
Microsoft has formally announced an offer to the Yahoo! board of directors to purchase all remaining shares of Yahoo! for $31 a share or an aggregate of $44.6 billion dollars for the company.
